Purpose statement

The Endeavour Foundation Group supports people with disability to live, learn, work and flourish according to their own interests and priorities. The focus is on ability and making things happen. Whether it's learning life skills, living independently, socialising and making new friends, finding a job or exploring interests and trying new things, the Endeavour Foundation Group support people with disability to make their dreams a reality. Endeavour Foundation, the holding company of the Group, provides the following services: Supported Independent Living -Providing the keys to independence to allow people with disability to live in a home they love whilst receiving the support they need; Learning and Lifestyle Providing fun and welcoming day programs for people with disability who want to lean more, do more and know more; Individualised Support Providing tailored supports designed for people with disability to learn daily living skills and be part of their local community; Supported Employment Providing satisfying employment pathways for people with disability at Endeavour s social enterprise sites, enabling participants to gain new skill and earn an income; Supported Hosted Employment Enabling people with disability to work in a mainstream workplace, with support, by finding clients an employer that supports them and aligns with their goal; Mainstream Employment - Providing opportunities for people with disability wanting to work independently, anywhere they want, while earning their own money. Community Solutions Group (CSG) subsidiary entity provides the following services: Job Seekers Helping people find and keep the right job. Whether they re job-ready now, or need new skills to reach their goals, CSG works with them to create their pathway to long-term employment. Employers Finding the right person to join the team, first time. Saves Employers time and money by letting CSG do the groundwork and match the right candidate to the role. National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) - The NDIS gives people with disability more choice and control. CSG provides assistance in choosing the right providers to get the support and information participants need to fit their lifestyle. BRACE Education Training & Employment (BRACE) subsidiary entity provides the following services: Education and Training Courses Empowering people through education and training by providing courses to enable participants from different backgrounds and various abilities, including disengaged youth, migrants, long-term unemployed, people with disability and those facing financial, learning or social barriers, to achieve social and economic participation in the community.
