Purpose statement

The Circle Foundation Co-operative Ltd (CF) is a community-owned and driven organisation that seeks to collaborate with health and social service services to drive better health outcomes in the Eurobodalla Shire. CF believes that community-led approaches that bring together and build upon existing prevention, early intervention, allied health and peer support and advocacy services, informed by transparent and localised detailed data and evidence, will create significantly greater impact to create a healthier community, and will reduce the impacts and costs of chronic illness.
